How much does it cost?
It depends on the machine and how you finance it. Register your interest and we'll send you a clear price and finance breakdown. No surprises and no obligation.
Do I need a lot of cash up front?
Not necessarily. We help you arrange finance through a banking partner so you don't pay the full machine price on day one. Deposit and terms are set by the bank and depend on credit approval.
What do I need to bring?
A good site with the owner's or landlord's approval, and the commitment to run it. Machines draw roughly 3 to 12 kW, so we check each site's power supply and floor space before installation. We help you judge the site and handle the rest of the setup.
Who keeps the machine stocked?
You order ice cream mix, flavourings, cups, pizza boxes and other consumables from us, and we deliver. Pricing is clear up front. PizzaBot pizzas are made ahead and stored in the machine, so we confirm who supplies them, and how often you restock, before you order.
What about servicing and repairs?
A monthly service plan covers cleaning, maintenance and support. We're Cape Town-based, so the Western Cape gets the fastest response first. Elsewhere in South Africa? Tell us where you are, it helps us plan where to grow next.
Do the machines take cash?
No. Every Yumbot machine is card and tap-to-pay only. With no cash or coins inside, there is nothing to steal and no cash to collect and bank.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Final terms, including fees and your rights under South African consumer law such as cooling-off, are set out in a written agreement and disclosure document you'll receive before you commit to anything.
